At Electron-x LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
